Hey, Tristan Scifo here - I’m a husband still learning to love, a proud dad, a business coach, financial adviser and director at Purpose Advisory.
My chips are all-in on empowering people to take charge of their life, their finances & business, to experience more joy, and to contribute positively to the world around them.
I grew up naively altruistic with an unshakable tenacity. I was never taught the skills of financial or business success, but there I was at age 24 providing financial advice on million-dollar portfolios, whilst my wife and I were still paying off credit card debt and struggling to agree on a budget. It was a wake-up call: I lacked the basic skills which I intended to help others with. This realisation compelled me to study and apply for myself the principles of personal, financial and business success.
I’ve sought out relationships with local mentors who’ve become advisers, partners and guides, and I’ve sought influence from the most successful global role models in all areas of life, including Tony Robbins, Charles Koch, Alex Hormozi, Naval Ravikant, Ray Dalio, Warren Buffet, Steven R. Covey, Carl Jung, Victor Frankl, Harville Hendrix, John Gottman, Mahatma Gandhi, Jesus Christ and others.
I founded Purpose Advisory at age 30, the year we had our first daughter. This business has been the vocational expression of my life purpose, and has grown from a simple concept of combining financial advice with life coaching, to a robust team of holistic experts supporting all areas of personal wellbeing, wealth creation and business growth.
I still enjoy working directly with our clients, alongside developing our incredible team. And I’m blessed to have more time than ever before to nurture and guide my own beautiful family. This is what I desire others to experience also.
You can find out more about my experience and background on LinkedIn.

Brad is a financial adviser at Purpose Advisory who helps clients turn money into a tool for choice. He strips away the jargon and complexity to build straightforward strategies grounded in both technical expertise and genuine understanding of what actually matters to his clients. But the real work happens after the plan exists—he stays involved to keep people accountable and moving forward, because a great strategy only works if you stick with it.
